Spectrocolorimeter for precise measurements in reflection and transmission

ColorQuest XE allows to measure opaque, transparent, and translucent solids and liquids to determine properties such as reflected color, opacity, color yield, transmitted color, APHA, and haze.
It features d/8° optical geometry, compliant with ASTM, ISO, CIE, DIN, and JIS standards for reflection measurements (with specular component included or excluded).

Transmission measurements are performed using d/0° geometry for regular transmission and d/8° for total transmission.
To ensure repeatability and stability of measurements, ColorQuest XE uses dual-beam optics that monitor light reflected from the sphere wall and spectrally compensate for any variations.
