Cutting dies in EDM-machined tool steel with diamond-lapped edges: any standard or custom geometry

Cutting dies are interchangeable molds for manual and pneumatic presses that determine the exact shape and dimensions of the test specimen.

Manufactured from high-quality press-tool steel, they are manufactured using EDM (Electrical Discharge Machining) technology for precise tolerances, heat-treated for maximum hardness, and diamond-ground on every cutting edge to extend tool life. A spring-loaded ejection system facilitates automatic sample release and protects the die edge from premature wear.

Supplied with a certificate of conformity, they are available for any international standard (ASTM D412, D638, ISO 527, DIN, JISK, among others) and for custom geometries.
The dies come standard with a 25 mm diameter mounting arbor compatible with Artemis presses and those of other manufacturers. Non-standard arbors can also be mounted to meet specific requirements or ensure compatibility with other systems.
