Electro-pneumatic press for high-volume die-cutting for uniform and repeatable specimens at every cycle

Electro-pneumatic press for the high-volume production of standardized test specimens from plastics (including pipes), rubber, fabrics, foils and laminates, films, and paper, in compliance with ASTM D412, D638, ISO 527, and many other standards.

The system is operated via a dual-button control to ensure operator safety; it features a quick-release die clamping system and a height-adjustable arbor to accommodate dies of varying thicknesses.
With a maximum pressure of 160 PSI (11 Bar), it generates a cutting force of up to 50 kN (maximum thickness 8 mm depending on the material type).
The press is supplied with a cutting base (30×25 cm) made of natural polypropylene.

Thanks to the constant force applied in every cycle, regardless of the operator, the pneumatic press produces samples with uniform edges and precise dimensions in a repeatable manner.

Optional accessories include a cast nylon cutting board and cutting dies compliant with any ASTM/ISO/DIN/JISK standard, non standard arbors can also be manufactured to meet specific requirements.
