MFI30 with integrated pneumatic weight loader for FRR and high-flow polymers, automatic load management via touchscreen

The MFI30-WL is the fully equipped version of the MFi30: it includes all the features of the standard model (methods A/B/C/D, MVR/viscosity/shear rate calculation, 10k PPR encoder, multi-slicing, 7" touchscreen, LABLogic+) combined with an integrated pneumatic weight loader, all controlled via the intuitive touchscreen display.

The loader can be configured for automatic weight application at a preset time, ideal for highly fluid polymers and for efficiently performing FRR (Flow Rate Ratio, Method D) tests.

Weights reach up to 21.6 kg without the need for manual lifting. Equipped with optional Hastelloy anti-corrosion accessories for corrosive materials such as PVC.
Compliant with ASTM D1238, ISO 1133, ASTM D3364, DIN 53735.
