MFI with built-in microprocessor, touchscreen display, automatic cutting, and results download via LABLogic+ software

The MFI20 is equipped with a dedicated microprocessor and a 7-inch touchscreen display.
Automatic cutting of extruded samples is performed by the integrated Auto Cut device at user-defined time intervals, ensuring samples of precise and repeatable weight without manual intervention.

The MFI result is calculated by the microprocessor after entering the sample weight (or the average of a batch) and automatically displayed on the screen. Dual-zone heating ensures thermal stability.
Test parameters (operator, material code, lot, QC limits) are stored and easily recalled. The system comes with a standard kit (discharge piston, precision test die, and a 2.16 kg load), a cleaning kit, a go/no-go gauge for die orifice verification, and a graduated filling cylinder.

Results can be transferred to a PC via USB, Ethernet, or a USB flash drive for processing with the LABLogic+ software, included with the main unit.
