Apparatus with interchangeable nozzles of 10, 15 and 25 mm
The BDA-ISO 6186 is a device for determining the bulk density and pourability of powders and granules in accordance with ISO 6186.
It differs from ASTM D1895 apparatus in that it features three interchangeable nozzles (10, 15, and 25 mm) with locking rings, which allow for the characterization of material processability.
The CNC-machined aluminum funnel is internally polished to a surface roughness of ≤ 0.8 Ra to ensure uniform flow. The system includes a 100 cm³ graduated cylinder and a collection tray for excess material.
Optional accessories: analytical balance 0.01 g / 1,100 g, digital stopwatch 0.1 s.
